The main objective of the surveys is to provide up to date information for assessing the situation of children, women and men in Swaziland. Another objective is to furnish data needed for monitoring progress towards the goals established at the World Summit for Children and the Millennium Development Goals. The findings of the surveys are utilised by government and development partners for planning and monitoring programme implementation.
