    The Soka Uncobe project began in September 2010. Under the leadership of the Ministry of Health and the Government of Swaziland, Soka Uncobe has responded to the needs of Swaziland with clinics throughout each region providing male circumcision and HIV testing free of charge as well as transport.

    Tuberculosis(TB) has been declared a national emergency. Prime Minister Sibusiso Dlamini made the declaration yesterday during the World TB Day commemoration held at the Mavuso Trade Centre. TB is the second disease to be declared as a national emergency after HIV and AIDS.

However, since the country embraced the Stop TB strategy it has made a significant progress so far in expanding access to high quality TB diagnosis, treatment and care for an increasing proportion of the population.
