    This was revealed by National TB Control Programme Manager, Themba Dlamini on Saturday during a workshop at the Pigg's Peak Hotel formerly known as Orion where journalists were trained on TB reporting.

    A 51-year-old HIV positive man's bail is being opposed by the Crown after allegations that he raped an 11-year-old girl.

    He was arrested in July last year and has been in custody since then. Crown Counsel Brian Magagula stated that they were opposed to the application because rape was listed among the 5th Schedule offences.
